The conquest of Medieval Europe is now within your grasp!
Medieval Europe: a time of turbulent politics, ravaging plagues, unbridled conquest and sweeping change!
As an advisor to Kings, you are an agent of this change, an empire builder--the wisdom behind the crown.
SSI's Medieval Lords places you in this most influential role. Set in the years 1028AD-1530AD, Medieval Lords is a simple yet exciting simulation of politics and war in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East - on a grand strategic scale!
Advise an Emperor, King, Emir, Sultan, Khan, Caliph or Duke in six historical scenarios. Manipulate political, economic and military elements at home and abroad to first establish, then strengthen and expand your Lord's empire. Your options are many and varied: propose alliances, subvert enemy nobles, award territory, build castles, declare war - whatever it takes!
Medieval Lords includes random but historically accurate events such as papal declarations of heresy, Crusades, the Black Plague and Mongol invasions!
